Directions

Setup:
- Unfold the sauna and zip the back panel together.
- Adjust the heated foot pad and place the ergonomic chair inside.
- Insert and secure the cross-support rods.
- Connect the power cord to a standard 110V outlet.
Operation:
- Set the desired temperature (ranging from 86°F to 160°F) and timer (1–60 minutes) using the control panel.
- Enter the sauna, ensuring your head and hands are positioned comfortably through the designated openings.
- Relax and enjoy the session; you can read, listen to music, or watch television during use.
Post-Session:
- After the session, allow the negative ion generator to run for an additional 5 minutes to purify the air.
- Wipe down the interior with a damp towel to maintain cleanliness.
- Fold the sauna for easy storage under a bed or in a closet.
