Shipment of Orders Most orders are shipped within 1–2 full business days of order submission (excluding weekends/holidays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Costs Online calculated shipping costs are based on service from our location in Austin, Texas, to your delivery location ZIP Code (U.S. locations only). The shipping charge will be calculated based on your order's weight and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Confirmation PRLabs.com will send you a shipping confirmation email on the day your order ships. The email will include the shipment tracking number, shipment date, and the shipping delivery address. If you do not receive delivery of your order by the expected delivery date, please contact us to determine the reason for delay in delivery. (See Delivery Delays, below).
Shipping Methods and Transit Times PRLabs.com uses Federal Express, United Parcel Service, and the United States Postal Service for shipments. If your order is placed prior to 2:00pm CST your order will normally be shipped the same day, orders after 2:00pm may not ship until the next business day. Exceptions may apply.
Delivery Delays WEATHER RELATED CONDITIONS and other conditions beyond the shipping carrier's control may cause a delay in delivery of your order. Contact us if you have any questions regarding current delivery exceptions in your area. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES may delay delivery of your order.

Although we make a concerted effort to avoid having a product backorder, occasionally this is unavoidable. This notice is to inform you that we are no longer accepting backorders (if they occur). If a backorder does occur, please feel free to visit the page of the backordered item online and subscribe to “out of stock” so that you will be notified when the product becomes available.
