Shipping Policy For Practitioner Orders

Shipment of Orders Ground Orders are shipped within 1–2 full business days upon order submission and payment (excluding weekends/holidays). Expedited delivery orders placed before 2 pm CST Monday through Friday under 100 lbs will ship the same day. As a general guideline, if your order is placed prior to 1:00pm CST, your order will normally ship on the same day. Orders after 1:00pm CST may not ship until the next business day. Exceptions may apply and our general guidelines are not guaranteed. For larger shipments over 100 pounds, FedEx freight may be offered for secure delivery of your order in one shipment. Freight deliveries will ship from our facility within 5-7 business days. Please reference our freight policy below for more information. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may encounter processing delays. For all shipments, please allow days for transit and delivery. Any redirect requests to an alternative address of packages already in transit are not guaranteed and will require an additional fee.

Shipments to Canada All orders shipping to Canada will require either FedEx International Economy or FedEx International priority services and cannot be shipped to PO boxes. Our flat rates for shipping FedEx International Economy is $44.95 and FedEx International Priority is $49.95. Shipments containing D3 and K2 must be shipped FedEx International priority to avoid any delays in customs. Due to regulatory restrictions, orders must not exceed $2500 before taxes and shipping fees. To ensure successful delivery, a contact phone number is a requirement on the delivery address.

Shipping Costs  All shipping costs are calculated based on service from our location in Austin, Texas, to your delivery location/ ZIP Code (U.S. locations only). The shipping charge will be calculated based on your order's weight and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Confirmation will send you a shipping confirmation email on the day your order ships. The email will include the shipment tracking number, shipment date, and the shipping delivery address. Please be aware all orders are final once submitted. If you do not receive delivery of your order by the expected delivery date, please contact us to determine the reason for delay in delivery. (See Delivery Delays, below).

Shipping Methods and Transit Times uses Federal Express, United Parcel Service, and the United States Postal Service for shipments. All web orders are shipped via Federal Express (FedEx).  If your order is placed prior to 1:00pm CST, your order will normally be shipped the same day. Orders after 1:00pm CST may not ship until the next business day. Exceptions may apply.

Freight Policy For deliveries that exceed 100 pounds in weight, FedEx freight may be used as a delivery method by default. Please let your account representative know if you have any issues receiving freight deliveries. When placing a freight order, please provide your times of availability, if a lift gate may be needed, your contact phone number, and if you have a freight receiving dock. FedEx will communicate by phone with you directly to schedule your delivery. We offer an option of inside delivery with an additional handling fee if requested. Freight deliveries may take up to 5-7 business days to package, please allow additional time in transit for these shipments. Freight deliveries cannot be expedited. PRL is not responsible for detention, redelivery, or extended time delivery fees.

Change of payment method requests If you would like to request a change to the original form of payment, this will require a 5% processing fee.

Delivery Delays  Shipping Carriers may experience delays outside of their control. Weather related conditions and other conditions may cause a delay in delivery of your order. Contact us if you have any questions regarding a delivery exceptions in your area. Incorrect shipping addresses may delay delivery of your order. Please note, any redirect requests to an alternative address of packages already in transit are not guaranteed and will require an additional fee upon the submission of the request.

Due to Covid-19, major carriers, such as FedEx and UPS, have suspended all shipping and delivery guarantees. As a result of this carrier suspension, orders may take longer than expected to arrive, even if expedited..

Although we make a concerted effort to avoid having a product backorder, occasionally this is unavoidable. This notice is to inform you that we are no longer accepting backorders (if they occur). If a backorder does occur, please visit the product page and follow the instructions to receive a notification by email when the product is in stock.

You may also check the status of a product on your dashboard when you login to your account or by calling our Account Management Team.

Returns Policy For Purchases Directly From PRLABS

At Premier Research Labs, we offer a 45-day return policy which requires that supplements and energetic items must be returned within 45 days of the date of invoice. All Lifestyle and third-party items are final sale. Any order errors or damaged items must be reported within 10 days of the date of arrival stated on the tracking information provided. Depending on the reason for the return, a Return Authorization Number (RAN#) may be provided and a 15% restocking fee may be assessed.

If you are a client wishing to return a product you no longer need or ordered for yourself in error, please reach out to your health professional to obtain a Return Authorization Number. If you are a client that received an item in error, please submit a returns request form

Were your items damaged in transit? Were any items missing?

Please do not dispose of any packaging materials if your products were damaged in transit. Report the claim within 10 days of the delivery date by filling out a return request form aand upload photos of the damage. Photos are required for all claims. If you have questions as to how to submit a claim request, contact us at 1-800-325-7734 (press 4).

Do you need a replacement?

Please do not dispose of any packaging materials if your products were damaged in transit. Photos of the package as it arrived are required to process a claim. If you are reporting a missing or stolen package, please allow 2 business days from the delivery date for the package to arrive before reporting the claim. Please note, packages delivered depicting photo proof of delivery cannot be replaced.

When can I expect a refund?

Once we have approved your refund request and received any items that were required to be returned, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be posted to your account.


To return products for a refund under PRL’s Return Policy, all products must be returned in accordance with the following guidelines:

A. Clean Labels

No scuff marks, smears, tears, smudges, water damage, ink marks, etc.

B. Storage

Products must have been stored in a cool, dry place.

C. Adequate Packaging

Products must be carefully packaged to protect products from damage.

D. 45-Day Return

You must submit a return request form or call 1-800-325-7734 within 45 days of your Invoice date to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). A 15% restock fee may be applied. Returns cannot be accepted after 45 days. Please note that third party items are final sale.

Return Authorization Number – Please write neatly on your proof of purchase the Return Authorization Number provided by PRL.

E. Labeling the Package Correctly

Type or print clearly and neatly on the package. Please include your return address on the outside of the box. Send packages to:
