Executive Team

Jack Leach is an industry management professional with more than 25 years’ experience in global and finance as executive management, consultant, and  development, financial reporting and headcount/resource management.  He has a proven record of successful project and departmental leadership to produce high-quality deliverables while generating healthy contributions to margin. Well-organized and highly analytical, with strong interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills, Jack has demonstrated the ability to interact with all levels of personnel from entry-level to the boardroom.  His industry experience includes Security Technologies, Real-Estate Investment, Telecommunications, Internet Services, Manufacturing, Private Equity, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Public Utilities, Biotech/Pharma.

An experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the Nutraceutical industry, Nick brings a strong background in the development, implementation, and refinement of Quality Systems, Analytical Testing, and Product Development. He possesses an innate ability to solve complex problems, build employee relations, and drive a common goal.  Driven by core values such as Continual Improvement, Adaptive Thinking, and Excellence, Nick has supported the growth of PRL for the past 13+ years by developing and/or influencing most pillars of the company including Quality, Research and Development, Operations, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, and IT. Nicks strengths lie with a formal training in Microbiology, industry and formulation experience, extensive experience in organizational/servant leadership, and being Mission, Vision and Value driven. All of which, he employs in every decision he makes. 

H.R. has served a PRL’s VP of Sales and Marketing since 2003.  Nationally recognized as a market expert, H.R. is a strategy leader who delivers decades of go- to-market experience in each of the channels of the dietary supplement industry, including Health Professional, e-Commerce, Natural & Specialty Retail, Mass Market, Mail Order & Radio.  With more than 20 years at the forefront of healthy lifestyle products, H.R. has written for numerous natural and organic industry publications, has been featured in health professional journals and is considered an industry authority on market trends, forecasts and dietary supplement innovation and has been interviewed as a keynote guest on radio talk-shows.  With a background in quantum nutrition and Quantum Reflex Analysis, H.R. has frequently lectured at professional health seminars and conferences worldwide. 

A member of the PRL team since 2013, Brian presently oversees the product innovation, quality systems, laboratory operations, and /technical services teams.  Brian has a successful track record of leading organizations towards the never-ending pursuit of perfect quality/customer satisfaction by building and enhancing quality systems with a strong emphasis on growing and respecting people through servant leadership.  Brian has held quality leadership roles while working with pharmaceutical contract manufacturing partnerships with Johnson & Johnson, Guthy-Renker, Kao Brands, and Upsher-Labs Pharmaceuticals.  Brian possesses a B.S Biology degree from University of Wisconsin – River Falls.   

Kris has more than 27 years of experience in Leadership, Management, and Logistics Operations including planning, development, maintenance, supply, transportation, property management, deployments, overall equipment effectiveness, and business administration.  A member of the PRL team for five years, Kris has held various positions within the company.  His diverse assignments in global Logistics Operation has fueled his own unique style that be presently deploys with the company.  Kristian’s MBA education in Leadership and Management and 22 years of service in the U.S. Army have proven to be valuable assists to his current work in the field of Operations in the Nutraceutical industry.

He was awarded the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal for conducting volunteer services at the veteran’s centers, middle schools (drill and ceremony), and parks beautification.
